Job Description

HR Executive

Role
The human resources (HR) executive supports the Chief of Operations with various tasks in the human resources department. These include recruitment activities like posting jobs, selecting resumes for further review, conducting background checks, and creating formal job offers. In addition to updating policies and procedures, the HR executive helps to update the employee manuals, and ensures implementation of policies. The HR executive addresses questions about payroll, benefits, or employment verifications and also initiates employee training programs and employee welfare programs. He/She will also assist to ensure adherence to safe management measures and guidelines. 

Responsibilities

  • Aid management in implementing employment policies regarding hiring, firing, and behavior requirements

  • Arbitrate concerns and difficult interactions between employees

  • Initiate recruitment efforts and plan new-hire orientations

  • Assist management in review and evaluation of benefit packages

  • Update employee manuals

  • Employee training program: onboarding, reskilling, specialty training

Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management with relevant specialty

Min. 2 years experience in relevant role
