Summary
We’re looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to maintain our clients’ accounts and serve as our main point of contact. You would also be responsible for contributing to the company’s growth by achieving sales goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Meet sales goals and contribute to month-over-month growth
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to deliver a presentation of our solutions
- Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
- Maintain accurate customer’s records and recommend the right products for them
- Represent our brand in a professional, successful manner that results in a positive customer experience
- Coordinate with other members of the team to ensure company standards are being met
- Any other duties as assigned
