Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Management Portal (SIM):
Work with Vendors and Supply Management Team to onboard vendors in the Portal.
Monitor and ensure that Vendors have submitted all the necessary documentation into SIM Portal.
Frame and Rebate Agreement:
Assist the Supply Management Team to build up the missing documentation.
Follow Up with Vendors and ensure the sign off the Agreement.
Record Retention
Vendor Site Audit:
Update the Vendor Site Audit Tracker.
