Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage, plan, design and supervise Structural & Civil Engineering works for high-rise residential projects.
- Perform detailed analysis and design for the structures & Civil Engineering works.
- Manage & supervise the drafting team on producing drawings for tender & construction.
- Ensure all engineering works, designs & detailing are structurally safe, practical, economical & buildable and comply with the relevant statutory regulations, client requirements, Standards & Codes of Practice.
- Manage project stakeholders, clients, design & drafting team, and other relevant parties to ensure ST approvals, Permit to Start Work, relevant Authority Approvals, As-Built Clearances, TOP and CSC are obtained timely.
Requirements
- Civil & Structural Engineering Degree with 1-7 years of experience in Civil & Structural Engineering Design.
- Experience in regulatory submission management, design management and project controls.
- Familiar with Structural Engineering analysis software for high-rise buildings.
- Familiarisation with precast design & detailing will be an advantage.
- Takes initiative and is a team player working with multi-disciplinary design & construction teams.
