Job Description

Management Trainee Intern (Any Outlet Location!)

Internship Objectives:

  • Gaining essential background knowledge to manage entire restaurant operations
  • Mastering technical skills necessary to lead and manage all stations
  • Developing interpersonal skills to collaborate with and lead colleagues

Internship Curriculum:

  • Exposure to all front and back of store stations allows the intern to understand the importance of teamwork for the ecosystem to operate effectively.
  • To accommodate the voracious appetite of interns to learn, interns will receive full exposure and engagement similar to regular staff! This curriculum will ensure intern receives the necessary foundation to transition to the real world.

Rotation of Stations Below:

  • Nigiri: Where the sushi is made. 
  • Suihan: Ensures availability of sufficient rice.
  • Gunkan: Churns out the gunkan sushi.
  • Dessert: Prepares desserts.
  • Shikomi: Heartbeat of the restaurant. Ensures all stations have sufficient products.
  • Ageba: Prepare fried food when orders come in.
  • Dashiba: Where we produce the items that utilize broth.
  • Horu: Horu is our frontline in the outlet where the customers are hosted.
