You will be working on creating direct response ads on FB, IG, Tik Tok. The best candidates will have a mixed background in copywriting, video creation strategy, basic video editing skills, and amazing creativity.

Responsibilities:

• Decode Facebook Ads Library and apply what the metrics are saying in order to optimize creatives to win. This might be changing angles, visuals, narratives or using a new user voice to target different personas.
• Write direct response ads and video scripts that can speak to new audiences and convert them into customers for our clients.
• Creative Storytelling: Ideate, script and produce up to 10 new video concepts each week while working with our creative team- Drive results that increase clients’ marketing budgets quarter over quarter.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of copywriting and/or direct response experience
• 2+ years of experience running profitable Facebook Ads
• A portfolio of digital content you have helped create (or created yourself), and the ability to discuss the strategy that centres around each piece in the portfolio
• 3+ years of experience in storytelling
• Combination of excellent conceptual and copywriting skills

Additional Requirements:

1. Able to combine streamlined copywriting and visual narratives into one medium
2. Direct Response work examples
3. Facebook and Instagram product knowledge required, TikTok a big plus

Renumeration & Benefits

1. Full time: Starting from SGD$5,000 (Based on your experience and how awesome you are) 
2. Intern Allowance: $1380 per month (Minimum 6 months, if you're taking a gap year we can discuss further)
