Job Description
- Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, OT
- screen resumes and application forms
- assist with coordination of interview arrangement
- support new hire onboarding process including issuance of staff pass and coordination of onboarding sessions
- support in setting-up and maintenance of employee p-files documents and filing
- support HR improvement projects and new initiatives
- any other duties which may be assigned from time and time
