Suzette is looking for a star Retail Operations & E-commerce intern to wear many hats and help execute our operations to ensure maximum customer experience. You’ll work directly with our CEO and get hands-on experience in e-commerce and retail operations, playing a vital role in the sustainability and success of our growing start-up. If you’re highly energetic, hungry to learn with a “can do” spirit and insatiable will to get stuff done, this could be the perfect role for you!
The Role:
- Graphic design - Creating marketing materials, design images, using design software
- Community management - management of Facebook and Instagram social networks (writing, publication planning, social ads)
- Digital Marketing - writing and designing of newsletters, management of the relationship with influencers
- E-commerce - Work on redesigning the e-commerce site (Shopify) and analysing metrics (Google Analytics)
- Event management - Planning, coordination and execution of Suzette's participation in fairs (communication, stands, activities, etc.)
- Photography - Production of product images and other photos (photoshoots)
The ideal candidate:
- Would be able to commit for a minimum of three (3) to six (6) months;
- Has interest in fashion, marketing and e-commerce;
- Is an undergraduate / graduate of School of Commerce/Business or Fashion Marketing;
- Is able to communicate and write effectively in English;
- Has basic knowledge of Adobe creative suite i.e. photoshop & illustrator / graphic design
- Is technically-savvy and has knowledge and experience working with Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
- Is comfortable with fast-paced changes, uncertainties and challenges of a startup environment; and
- Has high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

Plus points:
- French and/or Mandarin speaking
- Working experience in executing digital marketing strategies including email marketing, retargeting, SEO/SEM and targeted ads on social media
- Able to start immediately
