Swapie is an online platform that gives SMEs 1% cashback on corporate purchases, making them more resilient in the process. We do this by getting consumers to use their credit cards to pay on behalf and subsidize the cashback, because they will gain more back through the reward/rebate points they get on their credit cards.

The bragging stuff: we were founded in August 2019 and persevered through 3 business ideas, all in the same space, and received support from accelerators including Mbanq, ACE, NUS Enterprise, Alibaba Cloud, and SUSS. We have also been featured on fintech reports and top webinars for our contributions to the ecosystem.

Job Description

Scope of Work

  • BD: Plan, strategize, and execute growth plans to generate inbound leads
  • BD: Manage all outbound marketing channels and participate in content brainstorm and/or content delivery to prospective users
  • BD: Solicit user feedback to suggest and advise potential product improvements
  • BD: Handle all lead activity through marketing funnel & schedule for handover to sales
  • Sales Ops: Drive sales activity by executing structured processes at scale
  • Sales Ops: Measure and report campaign performance against various benchmarks
  • Marcoms: Generate and retain traffic, users, customers across all marketing channels
  • Marcoms: Create innovative and fresh digital content on website and social media to attract and engage users in accordance with our brand and value propositions
  • Marcoms: Conduct monthly performance reviews to iterate branding guidelines/plan

Requirements

  • Compulsory personality traits: Move fast, communicate intensively, action over planning, resourceful, fast-learner, resilient, able to make things happen
  • Ability to handle high work volume, knowledge of automating repeated tasks
  • Understanding sales/marketing campaigns, funnels, and key metrics to track
  • Analytical and results-driven with those metrics, able to turn into insights
  • Basic graphic design skills for social media / advertising (minimum Canva)
  • Strong written communication / copywriting skills (no errors in your resume please!)
  • Prior working experience in a tech startup and/or similar role is a strong advantage
