Established in 2020, Swimwerks originated as a school for swimming in Sembawang that offers professional swimming classes for all ages with our team of established swimming instructors.
Today, beyond providing swim classes, we have transformed into a multi-faceted, one-stop aquatic hub for all the water-related activities you can think of!
We have everything individuals need to thrive in the water, from private and group lessons to certification courses and aqua fitness programs.
To cater to our corporate clients, we also provide Lifeguard Services and Aquatic Event Management services for corporate aquatic needs.

Lifeguard | No Cert Required (Full Time / Part Time)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the well-being and safety of guests by providing a high standard of aquatic safety and exemplary guest services
- Participate in in-service training to provide fun & friendly customer service experience and enforce the attraction or facility's policies, safety rules and regulations
- Interact with guests and advise information related to ride or facility
- Recognise and respond effectively in emergency situations to ensure that injuries or casualties are minimized and first aid is promptly and appropriately rendered before the arrival of emergency medical services
- Evacuate guest safely to seek shelter immediately during lightning alert and/or heavy rain causing poor visibility
Requirement:
- Applicants with no certifications may apply
- Able to swim 200m in any 2 recognised strokes
- Certification course will be provided
- Able to work in an outdoor environment
- Good guest service and communication skills
- Strong observational skills to proactively identify guest needs and monitor safety guidelines
- Customer oriented, proactive with a positive working attitude
- Part Time rates: $12 - $16/hr
- Certified Lifeguards are welcome to apply
