Swimwerks Aquatic Training & Services is established in 2015 with a vision to promote water safety and equip individuals with swimming and lifesaving skills.
With more than 6 years of expertise and collaboration with industry partners, In 2020, Swimwerks Asia Pte. Ltd. was established. We have since expanded our services across to the corporate and government sectors.
Our portfolio includes; Lifeguard Services, Swimming Lessons, Professional Certified Courses, Aqua Fitness Programs, Lifesaving Technologies, Aquatic Events Management, and Aquatic products.
Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure issues are resolved in a proper and timely manner
Handle inquiries via telephone and email while ensuring a high standard of quality in terms of business integrity and customer experience
Resolve customers’ issues and provide feedback and analysis
Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of services, monitoring customers’ payment status, and reminding customers on updates
Go for site visitation to customers when required
All other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the company and its subsidiaries
