Swimwerks Aquatic Training & Services is established in 2015 with a vision to promote water safety and equip individuals with swimming and lifesaving skills.
With more than 6 years of expertise and collaboration with industry partners, Swimwerks Asia Pte. Ltd. was established in 2020. We have since expanded our services across to the corporate and government sectors.
Our portfolio includes; Lifeguard Services, Swimming Lessons, Swimming Instructor Courses, Lifesaving Courses, Aqua Fitness Programs, Lifesaving Technologies, Aquatic Event Management, and aquatic products.
Swimwerks aim to be the preferred one stop aquatic hub in Singapore and Asia Pacific by the year 2028.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure issues are resolved in a proper and timely manner
- Handle enquiries via telephone and email while ensuring a high standard of quality in terms of business integrity and customer experience
- Resolve customers’ issues and provide feedback and analysis
- Manpower scheduling & rostering duties
- Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of services, and remind customers on updates
- Identify process gaps within the department and drive improvement
- Prepare reports and data analysis on a monthly basis
- Go for site visitation to customers when required
- All other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT:
- Relevant Diploma/Degree Holder
- Strong eye for details and meticulous with numbers & data
- Have the integrity and high standards in the work you do
- Comfortable working in a fast paced team
- Good timekeeper, well organized and excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently, resourceful and a good team player
- Excellent communication and customer’s centric skills
- Computer literacy with MS office software
- Able to work on weekends
