Swiss-Asia Holding Pte Ltd is a Singapore-Registered Financial Holding Company with two main subsidiaries; Swiss-Asia Financial Services Pte Ltd and Swiss-Asia Asset Management (HK) Ltd. Founded in 2004 by Mr Olivier Mivelaz, Swiss-Asia Financial Services Pte Ltd holds a Capital Markets Services (CMS) License under the Singapore Securities and Futures Act (SFA) to conduct regulated activities in Fund Management and Advisory for accredited investors. Swiss-Asia Asset Management (HK) Ltd holds a License under the Securities and Futures Ordinance from the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong to carry out regulated activities in Fund Management (Type 9) and Advisory (Type 4) for professional investors.
We require an Intern for 2 months full time to provide us assistance with the following:
- Utilize a system’s resources and tools to drive decisions regarding the data
- UseWorldCard Pro to scan business cards and input data into excel
- Responsible for overseeing our data management application,inputting data from excel into a CRM
- Comply with departmental procedures as well as find areas for process improvement
- Act as the data steward while incorporating processes, policies, and guidelines to administer a central database
- Additional duties as assigned
- Maintaining and qualifying leads for the database
- Consolidating multiple excel databases into one master system
- Have an interest and understanding in financial services/ hedge funds.
- Sub-categorize leads into relevant database
