Swiss-Asia Financial Services Pte Ltd – Assistant Relationship Manager (Wealth Manager)

To provides support to a team of 2-3 wealth managers in the servicing of High Net Worth accounts.

1. Work very closely with the wealth managers and become responsible to assist in servicing the clients and also growing the portfolios; act as the primary point of contact for clients, including managing daily administration, client servicing and attending to compliance requirements
2. Willing to learn about product landscape, being knowledgeable is a plus. Facilitate transmission of information to clients.
3. Ensure efficient and prompt administration of all aspects of client service delivery, including securities trade pricing and execution, foreign currency conversions, loan drawdowns and rollovers, payments, invoicing and remittances
4. Supply clients with customized accounts statements and valuation reports, on an ad-hoc or regular basis, which are not readily available in the system
5. Responsible for back-up function when colleagues are away from the office and vice versa
6. Planning of client events on an ad-hoc basis
