Swissquote Pte Ltd – Operations Associate (Intern)

Role and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Analysis of data on spreadsheets to produce various internal and external reports to support Senior team members
• Maintenance of client records on the internal CRM system and updating changes as and when necessary
• Draft relevant procedures and processes with guidance from Senior team members
• Get involved in other ad-hoc projects from time to time
• Updating of client files into appropriate folders on SQPL servers and general back-office filing;
• Management of ‘Issues’ on internal SQB Customer Tool for the office
• Reporting – at the request of the business, including CEO - Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports may be required
• Remain updated with relevant compliance policies, procedures and communications from Line manager / CEO so as to ensure the firm remained compliant and documents were kept up-to-date
• Monitor effectiveness of the systems, policies and procedures designed to manage compliance risk and proactively assist and make recommendations for improvements to systems, policies and procedure
