Job Description

Marketing Communications Executive (Intern / Full-time)


Open to full-time conversion with full employee benefits depending on work performance. Experienced applicants who are looking for a full-time role, please advise on your current/previous salary and expected salary in your application.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to create content for social media, website, podcast and other marketing channels where relevant.
  • Liaise with external vendors for production of company collaterals; including printed materials, business cards, company T-shirts and other branding swag.
  • Work with Creative team to develop design assets for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage Marketing Calendar and plan/book meetings on behalf of the team.
  • Manage social media channels and website for regular updates and announcements.
  • Support communications initiatives with associations, government agencies, media, etc.
  • Provide copywriting and creative support when necessary.
  • Support Global Marketing by attending meetings, taking notes and allocating tasks to the team on project management platform.

Requirements:

  • Highly independent, fast-learner, and requires minimal supervision.
  • An appetite for learning more about the role of technology in sustainability for the built environment.
  • Strong interest in marketing and/or communications.
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal); writing portfolio not mandatory but preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Experience with video editing is an even bigger plus. 
  • Sense of humour, because we like fun people.
