Responsibilities
- Answer client queries and engage clients through phone, email and chat bot
- Take ownership of client support tickets on Zendesk and ensure prompt resolution to all client inquiries and issues
- Demonstrate exceptional prioritisation and time management skills and through escalating when appropriate, maintain and enhance long-term client relations
- Adhoc projects may be allocated from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle the pressure
