Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Manage order management from order entry to delivery including returns.

• To co-ordinate shipments with customers, transporters and warehouse on clearance/delivers according to established systems and processes to ensure timely delivery

• the only interface to customer & internal / external stakeholders for all issues regarding order, planning (optimum stocking) and logistics support.

• Liaise with vendor, tracking and monitoring of the progress of orders

• Any other duties as assigned

 

Pre-requisite

• Min Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Commercial.

• Min 1 year experience in manufacturing, electronics industry. Enjoy working in a customer service environment.

• Experience in relevant computer applications such as MS Office, SAP (Business One or R3) would be added advantage.

• Familiar with logistics concept such as consignment, forecast planning, VMI/SMI is an added advantage

• Planning and organizing; attention to detail

• Analytical in problem solving, good interpersonal and communication skill.

• Able to work under pressure

• Team player / able to work independently
