Job Description

The Technical Support Analyst Intern is responsible to support the implementation of the digital platforms, strong partner enablement and ensuring best practices in using the platforms. This role is the bridge between digital platforms development and the users, split in 9 APAC Countries (PK, BD, ID, VN, TH, PH, TW, KR and MY). In this role, you will work directly with the Head of Technical Support and the Project Manager in supporting the roll-out of a new software within APAC. Your main task is to support the implementation of the digital platform – including organising meetings, data entry, and coordinating communications, conducting user software trainings, and providing troubleshooting support to end users 

Accountabilities 

  • Coordinate “TS pro” digital platform: system to create protocols, input data and run data analysis 
  • Coordinate “TS Academy” digital platform: e-learning system, designed for internal capability development.
  • Help to identify areas of improvements and propose new functionalities for both digital platforms. 
  • Provide support, training, and guidance about digital platforms to our field teams (end users)
  • Ability to handle basic network problems

Requirements 

  • Commitment of 6-month full time internship from Jan 2022 to Jun/Jul 2022 
  • Candidates who able to start earlier or plan to do part-time internship are also welcomed 
  • Background in Business Administration, Information Systems or Science 
  • Clear written communications
  • Creative and strong-willed
  • Good presentation skills Ability to interact and Al work in multi-linguistic teams
