Key Job Purpose
- Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our surgical robot, Hinotori throughout the APAC region.
- Involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring alignment with global marketing initiatives.
- Must have a deep understanding of the surgical device industry, strong leadership skills, and a track record of successfully driving product adoption and market growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Market Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan for the target countries in the region, including market analysis, target identification, and competitive intelligence.
- Product Promotion: Create and manage marketing campaigns to drive awareness, interest, and demand for Hinotori among healthcare professionals, hospitals, and healthcare systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with local sales, and distributors to ensure alignment of messaging, branding, and go-to-market strategies for the target countries.
- Clinical Marketing: Develop and execute clinical marketing initiatives, including online and offline seminars, professional education programs, and clinical study.
- Customer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare organizations, and industry partners to drive adoption and advocacy for Hinotori.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including ROI, market share, and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for the APAC region, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve business goals.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor local teams and distributors, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business/ technology/ healthcare /medical /biomed /nursing disciplines. MBA, or higher degrees preferred.
- 8+ years of well-rounded medical device/ medical equipment sales and marketing experience, 3+ years of Asia regional roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful new product introduction.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting.
- Enthusiastic, self-starter with strategic focus, positive thinking
- Clinical experiences in the medical robot industry to represent the company and discuss with doctors/ co-workers in hospital
- Commercial experiences in the medical robot industry to represent the company and discuss with hospital management members
