Below are the Job description & responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Executive
Main Responsibilities
1: Online Planning and execution of engaging and effective e-marketing
campaigns for our online store(Sysmoon.com). Marketing campaigns includes email marketing, social media marketing (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok) and e-commerce marketing (Carousell/Shopee/Qoo10).
Email marketing - Conceptualize fresh content and effective
advertising campaigns to further broaden reach and lower CPC.
• Social Media: Support the social media marketing content by contributing and
conceptualizing various fresh content/ thematic ideas or formats; review existing customer demographics and conduct data mining to effectively suggest new ideas to improve targeting audiences to increase shop impressions and most importantly, conversions.
• E-commerce: Targeted AdWords, create and edit content following to the current trend. Drive positive PR campaigns to with new retail concepts, (Live broadcasts,
buy now pay later.)
2: Basic Adobe Photoshop Basic Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Pro knowledge preferred: Design skills for photo editing & short video ad purposes, create meaningful & creative adverts .
3: Retail Stores
• Ensure that marketing assets used online are in sync when conversions are done offline (ensuring standardization)
• Liaise and communicating with fellow colleagues to ensure that they have executed their work accurately based on guidelines given.
• Suggest and modify offline retail business operations in order to build rapport to effectively allow walk-in customers to gain brand awareness about our company's online presence
4: Collaboration / Partner outreach
• Using information based on marketing campaigns, to maintain strategic partnerships/collaboration programs that are in line with our brand image and is relevant to the targeted audience (Buy now pay later providers such as Rely, Pace, OctiFi ) & E-commerce platforms (Reebelo, Sgmobmart, Shopee, Carousell)
•Liaise, coordinate and execute plans with Partners.
• Follow-up on partnership performance and update in marketing campaign report.
5: Others
Participate in marketing team brainstorming sessions.
Take initiatives to propose new procedures and standards to increase productivity in current business and marketing processes.
