We are looking for a Logistics Intern.
You have the chance to be one of our team members in our operations team. You will work together directly with our Operations manager and experience hands-on on how a startup is built.
The focus of this position will be on operations and business development, including the following tasks:
Take charge of operational execution, updating logistics in the database, and managing physical stock intake at the office.
Crisis management: Handling and mitigating buyer default risks, disputes, complaints, and suggesting the best resolution.
Manage products and e-commerce platforms by updating product listings on various platforms such as Shopee/Carousell/Facebook Marketplace and ensuring there are no discrepancies with the physical stocks.
- Brainstorming and creating standards of procedures for the operations and processes within the business.
- Assist in business operations by supporting back operations in product management, marketing and sales, chat & product support, logistics, and inventory.
Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Motivated to acquire business knowledge and operations skills
One that enjoys working in a startup environment with no top-down hierarchy
Energetic, enterprising, and motivated team player that is willing to provide relevant insights
Students that are willing to learn more about e-commerce and running a business startup, and want to improve in their communication and presentation skills and widen their network.
Prefer students that are studying in Business Management or related courses
Proficient in simple Microsoft Word and Excel AND/OR Google Docs and Google Sheets
Experience in using simple coding or Shopify system is a plus
Knowledge in HTML, Photo editing, and Video editing skills are a plus
Must be able to carry heavy items (males preferred)
3-6+ months commitment preferred
