The Intern-Market Activation, Singapore will be responsible for driving transactions through TabSquare’s newly launched SmartWeb omni-channel ordering and payment solution. SmartWeb, the newly added and fastest growing product in TabSquare’s portfolio helps restaurants CoVid proof their business by offering restaurant patrons the opportunity to order takeaway, delivery orders from the comfort of their homes or scan a QR code for dine in/takeaway at the restaurant itself. With a number of leading brands in Singapore including Subway, 18 Chefs, Krispy Kreme, Cedele, Jollibee, Hoshino Coffee signing up for the solution, the Market Activation intern is critical in ensuring the success of the solution by driving consumer adoption for in-store and online transactions. This position will report to Head of Account Management/Head of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Analyse in-store adoption of SmartWeb solution and develop a plan to drive adoption including creation and placement of in-store info/marketing collaterals, creating and implementing staff SOPs, etc
- Analyse adoption of online orders for delivery and pre-ordering by studying marketing campaigns undertaken by restaurants and how they can be improved
- Work together with the Sales/Account Manager to implement the plan with restaurant clients and continuously track/improve effectiveness of measures that have been implemented to hit number of transactions KPIs
- Review the SmartWeb menu for clients and suggest how it can be improved to make it more user-friendly and drive higher average check using TabSquare’s existing solution features
- This is an on-field internship where the candidate would require to visit restaurant outlets who are using our solutions.
Requirements:
- Smart, creative, and enterprising young undergrads who want to get a great solution to succeed in the new age of digital commerce and linking online to offline commerce
- Strong influencing and presentation skills with the ability to convince stakeholders in one-on-one or to large groups settings.
- Highly motivated with an outgoing personality and a strong sense of accountability and initiative
Stipend:
Full Time Intern: Fixed Allowance of S$1,000 p.m. + travel allowance of S$100 / S$200 p.m.
Part Time Intern: Fixed Allowance of S$500 p.m. + travel allowance of S$100 / S$200 p.m.
