Job Description
Scope
- Assist and coordinate with event planning, work flows and logistics including liaison with various stakeholders
- Provide administrative and operational support for the events e.g. RSVP, registering, on-site managing of the events
- Assist with the sales and marketing of the event including doing up simple marketing collaterals and managing of social media platforms
Requirements
- Good knowledge of MS Office Applications including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook etc
- Relatively good basic knowledge of social media platforms
- Work from home arrangements are available
- Be able to work on occasional events that may fall on weekends
