The Senior/Account Executive will be responsible for implementing and achieving the client’s fast paced tactical marketing plan. This role will be working closely with internal team members and external local and regional clients to devise campaign plans and tactics. The Senior/Account Executive plays a key role in campaign development so communication skills, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Write creative briefs in line with the marketing client’s campaign objectives, identify key project outcomes and gain client approval
- Immerse in client’s brand and offerings
- Work with the client team to create a project plan to achieve the client’s campaign objectives / KPIs
- Manage the overall planning, control, status reporting, costing reporting, budget management and delivery of projects from start to completion to ensure that project goals and objectives are met within the agreed upon time, scope, budget and resource requirements
- Manage all client projects from brief through to delivery ensuring final materials are on time and of the highest quality
- Set and manage client expectations around deliverables and timeframes Build strong day-to-day relationships with all clients and internal stakeholders
Experience:
- Educated to diploma, degree level or equivalent
- Previous experience in the retail, FMCG, food & beverage, health & beauty, and/or supermarket industries is essential2-4 years previous experience of working in an agency is essential
- Demonstrated ability to work in with challenging and fast paced clients/accounts
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Successful track record of client management and project management
- Languages: Fluent English and Malay (Cantonese or Mandarin would be beneficial as well)
- Success in this role requires sound knowledge of the retail market (F&B, health & beauty, or supermarkets), and an understanding of Tag products and services.
- The Senior/Account Executive will need to be a multi-tasker, be able to use their initiative, and have a problem-solving attitude. This is a role for someone who can be relied on to operate independently and remain focused under pressure.
