Job Summary:
The Account Servicing Intern is responsible for coordinating day-to-day account servicing efforts and supporting the project management teams. The intern will assist to ensure all client requests are made; deadlines and service requirements are fulfilled and provision of service adhere to the highest quality in accordance to company standards. Reporting to the Account Manager, the intern is vital in ensuring WLT provides the highest standard of work, on time and within budget.
What you will learn:
Account Servicing Duties
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (clients) to maintain overall operational effectiveness and efficiency while identifying opportunities for service enhancement
- Liaise with multiple parties to ensure smooth service delivery
- Coordinate with partnering production hubs, vendors, and media across markets and different time zones
- Facilitate and enhance coordination in basic account service requirements
- Assist with local insight generation and pitch development
- Participate in the brainstorming and conceptualization of creative ideas
- Assisting in opening of job tickets, updating of job status and issuing purchase orders for billing purposes
- Assist in organizing monthly activity metrics to keep main team informed (volume, spend)
- Support process improvements and cost savings initiatives
- Manage and up-keep digital asset library
Workflow Process
- Write internal contact reports/minutes for follow-up purposes
- Provide support in identifying and resolving client escalations
Project Management
- Ensure project tasks are progressing accordingly to timeline
- Project execution supports as assigned by the Project Manager (events/set-ups/liaising/proposals drafting etc)
- Assist in Central Filing
- Support in Financial Administration
- Any Other Support Duties Required
Role specific skills and attributes:
- Diploma/Degree in any related field (Advertising, Marketing, (Mass) Communications, Business studies)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good time management
- Have an eye for detail and interpersonal skills
- Organized, task-oriented and ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to take initiative and is proactive
- Able to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Passionate and enthusiastic to learn
