HR Executive (5-months Contract)
Overview
We are looking for a HR executive on a 5 months contract to support the HR team (Covering maternity leave).
Job Description
With "People" at the core of the Tag growth strategy, the HR Executive supports the region's HR operational support throughout all stages of the employee life-cycle. The role is part of a wider APAC HR team, and will specifically focus on supporting the SEA markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand) and ANZ.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Head of HR in managing senior stakeholders
• Coordinate and drive employee engagement activities & events
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process of junior to mid-management roles
• Responsible for the monthly submission of employee data to local payroll vendors
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in the HR Management System.
• Coordinate and participate in ad-hoc local and regional HR projects.
• Submission and monitoring of government claims
• Coordinate new hire inductions
• Handle all employee related administration matters
• Provide day to day HR support and advice to all employees
Key Requirements
• Diploma or Degree Holder with formal HR related qualifications preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant HR Experience, with payroll and administration background will be desirable
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable working with different levels of people both locally and internationally.
• Dynamic, adaptable and proactive
• Strong sense of ownership and self-motivated
• Thorough understanding and knowledge of local labour legislation
• Knowledge in WorkDay HCM is advantageous
