Taidii – Accounting Executive

Areas of Working:

We are looking for an account executive with exposure to managing accountancy and financial control. You will manage financial and accounting functions to support business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Able to handle full sets of accounts.
• Perform daily accounting duties etc.
• Responsible for month-end and year-end closing.
• Handle full cycle of monthly payroll which includes end-month payroll and CPF submission.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements and quarterly GST submissions.
• Prepare audit schedule and attend to the queries raised by external auditors.
• Involvement in projecting and forecasting including cash flow report and cost analysis.
• Any other ad-hoc duties may be assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in accountancy or higher accounting ACCA.
• Prefer Minimum 1-year experience in accounting
• Knowledge of MYOB is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Time management, planning skills, and team cooperation
• Able to start work immediately.
