Since its initial B2B product offering, Taidii is now quickly expanding into the B2C market for parents of students. With our comprehensive database, Taidii provides value-added services such as school communication and social networking services to parents.
Responsibilities
1. Deploy integrated IT solutions for our customers (both hardware and software)
2. Directly serve clients to conduct product installation, training and maintenance
3. Maintain good relationship with clients and consistently improving the customer experience
4. Gather requirements and feedback on product and work with product team to continuously improve product
5. A team player that can work together with customer account manager team and technical team to come up with solution for customer and for continuous product improvement.
Requirements
1. Diploma/Degree from recognized institutes.
2. A good IT background and knowledge in both hardware and software and familiarity with mobile apps and ERP systems will be a plus.
3. Prior experience in cooperate Sales (B to B), IT industry and customer management will be an advantage. Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
4. Good communication skills. Able to communicate with customers effectively and in English (Able to communicate with Chinese will be an advantage ). Able to gather customer requirements, feedbacks and report clearly.
5. Meticulous, Organized, and Positive personality, motivated and Customer centric attitude.
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment
