Renovation Company located at (Woodlands)
This position direct report to Project Director.
Working hrs: 5.5 days per week ( 8:30am～ 5:30pm )
We would like to hire Project Executive to work with us.
Requirement:
1) Reporting to the Project Manager on-site activities, including schedule, design & delivery
2) Coordinate sub-con and workers for the renovation work to final hand over to the client
3) Ensuring the project is carried out within budget, schedule, and quality expectation
4) Work closely with account servicing/ project teams to coordinate pre-site work and at project/job site
5) Project/site management and coordination
6) To assist in developing and serving assigned clients
7) To coordinate with suppliers and to ensure the deliverables of the assigned projects are conforming to the schedule and the requirements of clients
8) Brief contractors on a project set up requirements and timelines
9) Liaise with an internal team of designers on projects & events drawings
10) Liaise with sales team and vendors on projects and events
11) To ensure project problems are well solved and rectified to meet the client's expectation
12) To work independently in all aspects of sales and project management
