Savoury Lab Intern
Department / Division: Savoury Lab
- Perform cleaning of lab apparatus and house keeping in lab & culinary kitchen
- Maintain and replenish savory ingredient stock inventory
- Maintain and replenish savory evaluation supplier inventory ( tasting cups, bowls, forks, spoon, tissue, toothpick etc)
- Calibrate PH meter
- Compound seasoning formula
- Prepare application prototypes (dusting potato chips, noodles, bouillon, sauces)
- Assist in getting flavor samples for customer sample request.
- Prepare samples for evaluation.
Working Hours: 9am – 5.30pm, Mon – Fri
Require Shift Work: No
