- Review all Job Portals JobStreet, JobsBank, Indeed, Jora, Gumtree and Splash247 and download candidates CVs
- Put up job postings on company website and ensure that jobs are updated on weekly basis.
- Post Job Adverts on Social Media
- Convert Raw CVs to Formatted CVs
- Upload Raw and Formatted CVs to CRM
- Scan name cards
- Answer Phone calls
Requirements
- Min GCE ‘O’ Levels
- Min 2 years of Admin experience
- Experience in CRM and Social Media Platforms
- Team Player
- Independent
