Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
  • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Support the marketing team in various administrative tasks, including data entry, calling and emailing.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and contribute fresh ideas to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Convert Raw CVs to Formatted CVs
  • Upload Raw and Formatted CVs to CRM
  • Scan name cards
  • Answer Phone calls

Requirements

  • Min Diploma in any discipline
  • Experience in CRM and Social Media Platforms
  • Team Player
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
