Responsibilities
- Assist in managing social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Support the marketing team in various administrative tasks, including data entry, calling and emailing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and contribute fresh ideas to enhance marketing strategies.
- Convert Raw CVs to Formatted CVs
- Upload Raw and Formatted CVs to CRM
- Scan name cards
- Answer Phone calls
Requirements
- Min Diploma in any discipline
- Experience in CRM and Social Media Platforms
- Team Player
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
