Responsibilities:
- Servicing allocated accounts including generating of sales confirmation, checklist, calculation of term prices and settlement of disputes and claims.
- Daily updating of stock movement.
- Offering bunker price to spot inquiries.
- Doing up credit reports for new customers.
- Renewal of PCGs.
- Liaising with term customers for vessel nominations.
- Liaising with operations to ensure smooth delivery.
- Assisting in ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience preferred
- Be a good team player
- Results-oriented
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willing to work beyond office hours
