Job Description

Talentport is looking for a superstar Business Development Intern based in Singapore! If you're looking for a fulfilling role with boundless opportunities to thrive, and to gain experience in a startup environment, feel free to apply and we'll contact you shortly.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll have plenty of opportunities to work on new areas of interest, and work closely with key stakeholders to build our team - your day to day work would include:

  • Prospecting & reaching out to clients on social media, email, databases or phone calls
  • Working closely with our client-base and closing business deals using our CRM tools
  • Assisting in the development of business strategies based on data & client interviews
  • Managing accounts & relationships of our employers; assisting them in their needs and ensuring they have an amazing experience with us
  • Supporting our team lead in managing our business development operations & sales activities, including our inbound & outbound strategies, campaigns and lead generation efforts

CANDIDATES WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Students based in Singapore who are currently pursuing their studies in a recognized university or polytechnic with outstanding academic results & has an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Has a can-do attitude with strong solving problems skills and a positive mindset!
  • Strong interest in interacting with others, understanding their problems and developing solutions
  • Detail-oriented, customer focused & keen on learning new things!
  • Having experience in a sales role (or any other role with customer interaction), or have experience working in a startup environment would be a plus
  • Commitment: Full-Time (min. 3-6 months) preferred
