The Challenges:
- Establish a long-term cordial partnership with candidates
- Sourcing and screening of candidates, coordinating interviews for candidates to be interviewed by Account Managers.
- Manage candidates’ job expectation and prepare them for interview.
- Assist Recruiters and Account Managers with Profiling Duities
What it Takes:
- No experience required as training will be provided
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent, takes initiative, and fast learner
- Self-motivated, driven, and willingness to learn
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
