TALENT MANAGER INTERN

The Mission:

We are looking for a Talent Manager Intern for our office in Singapore. As part of our expansion into the APAC market, you will play a crucial role in talent identification and acquisition. Due to an increase in demand and client requests, we need to expand our team to keep up with the growing business, making your role vital in directly impacting our business performance and success.

Responsibilities:

1. Actively participate in enhancing our candidate/talent pools to answer client requests, by sourcing, identifying, interviewing and qualifying candidates : Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and LinkedIn. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit. Assist in creating and updating job descriptions and recruitment materials. Support various administrative tasks related to the recruitment process.

2. Assist the Managing Director and Business Manager with client proposals and overall activities related to talent acquisition.

3. Independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless talent acquisition experience.

Requirements:

- Interest in the Consulting and Financial sectors, eager to learn and discover. 

- Ability to understand a vast scope of roles to convey properly to candidates.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English.

- Dynamic, comfortable speaking to people, and proactive in approach.

- Seeking an internship in a young and international environment.

Details:

- Location: On-site in Singapore from day one.

- Opportunity for exceptional interns to transition into a full-time Talent Manager and even in Business Manager role with responsibilities in Business Development and Sales, developing your own P&L.

International Context:

- Coordinate with multicultural teams in Singapore and Barcelona.

- Sourcing and recruiting candidates from multiple origins and locations.

- For this mission, you will report directly to the Managing Director in Singapore and to our Group Managing Partner in Paris.
