Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management:

    • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
    • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
    • Monitor and respond to audience interactions, fostering a positive community and customer engagement.
    • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
  2. Content Creation:

    • Design visually appealing graphics, videos, and written content that align with our brand identity.
    • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality promotional materials.
    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into content strategies.

  3. Marketing Campaigns:

    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
    • Utilize email marketing, paid advertising, and SEO to drive traffic and increase conversions.
    • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  4. Analytics and Reporting:

    • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and CRM systems.
    • Prepare regular reports on social media and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Brand Management:

    • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and stay ahead of competitors.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to amplify brand reach.
