THE COMPANY:
Tashka Pte. Ltd. is a growing start-up based in Singapore. Its primary brand Madana Yoga specializes in high performance, nature friendly and socially conscious yoga products sold in Singapore and other countries in South East Asia. www.madanayoga.com
On top of this we are excited to be adding a new online concept to our portfolio which will be launching in a few weeks.
JOB SCOPE:
Tashka Pte. Ltd. is looking for a marketing & communication assistant based in Singapore.
You will be in charge of creating awareness about us on the local market, driving traffic to the website, recruiting new members and developing loyalty programs to increase online and retail sales.
You will also be in charge of designing and creating marketing materials, as well as perform any photo editing jobs where necessary.
In addition you will be required to help with logistical or administrative work should the need arise.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Daily management of the company’s presence on blogs and social networks like Facebook & Twitter
• Increase the company’s awareness in Singapore through PR and tie-up with local partners
• Implement efficient promotional actions to recruit new customers and increase the database (lucky draws and contests, online advertising, flyers give-away)
• Manage the creation of the communication collaterals (press kits, advertising banners, EDM)
• Support the Business Development Managers in the sales preparation
• Creating/editing of marketing materials and images
• Supporting logistical and admin work where necessary
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• A Diploma or Bachelor degree in business, marketing, communication
• Daily user of social networks and blogs in Singapore
• Marketing or communication experience in the retail industry is an advantage
• Ability to work with Photoshop and/or Illustrator or other design software
• Knowledge in web analytics and SEO is an advantage
• Entrepreneurship mindset: curiosity, adventurous, independent, team player
• Minimum of 3 months full-time position. 6 months preferred.
