Job Description

Role Description:

  • Organize regular Employee Engagement initiatives at TCS Offices / client locations.
  • Manage employee queries on all HR processes and policies
  • Good understanding of local laws and compliance provisions
  • Associate Connect – Pro actively connect with associates and address queries, concerns with respect to all HR processes, support talent assessment / career Management
  • Regular reporting to all stakeholders through HR metrics, reports and HR Balanced Scorecard

Requirement:

  • Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to work well in a fast paced, multi-national & multi-cultural environment
  • Able to multi task and has a keen eye for details
  • Proficient with MS Excel (Pivot table, V-lookup & etc)
