Create content and curate them for digital marketing channels where relevant
Work with the design team to produce design assets for content, campaigns and activations
Monitor trends in social customer service approach, best practices, and tools, experimenting with new trends and applications
Manage social media platforms
Optimizing of campaigns and budget
Assist with digital reporting, end of campaign reporting
Requirements
Possess good command of English and a bonus if you are bilingual too
Creative with a strong sense of aesthetics
Familiarity with media platforms
Interest in upskilling and personal development
Understanding of digital marketing and good grasp of the digital and content ecosystem
Process-driven, with good attention to detail
Strong team player who is responsible, able to work independently and meet deadlines
