Tate & Tonic – Buyer

THE ROLE

You will be in charge of sourcing new suppliers to expand the portfolio of brands we offer to our customers. You will analyze customer profiles, buying patterns and forecast future trends under the guidance of our Head of Buying.

HOW WILL YOU SPEND YOUR TIME

• Sourcing new brands to expand our product offering
• Analyze consumer profile, buying pattern and forecast future trends
• Controlling the delivery, budgeting and planning of each suppliers orders
• Maintaining stock and catalogue planning
• Analyzing sales performance
• Working with our Head of Styling to ensure the best possible product offering to our customers

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

• Has strong interest in the fashion industry, preferably in men's clothing, ideally in online fashion 
• Is highly proactive and independent
• Is looking to work in a fast paced and start up environment, which also means is a hard-working, driven and highly energetic person
• Is comfortable with numbers
• Has a positive attitude and likes to have fun, aka laughs a lot, while getting sh** done
• Wants to contribute in making the world a hassle-freer and better-styled place
• (very important bonus skills) Has a buyer background and/or has a good understanding of fashion buying
