Tate & Tonic – Entrepreneur in Residence (Operations)

Want to experiment what it's like to play a central role in managing the Operations of a fast growing online startup? Then look no further...

You will work closely with our Head of Operations and CEO to ensure our daily operations run as smoothly as possible while bringing new ideas on how to improve our current processes 

We are looking for a highly motivated, ultra smart fresh graduate, who is looking to grow within our company and to progressively take more and more responsibilities. Both internship and permanent full-time position available. 

HOW WILL YOU SPEND YOUR TIME

·       Organizing and supervising most logistics aspects of our business, including the planning, delivery and collection of our shipments on a daily basis

·       Taking ownership of our customer care, by means of interacting with our customers through email or over the phone

·       Supporting the CEO on accounting related activities

·       Proactively participating with ideas and suggestions in the optimization of our operation processes
