Tate & Tonic – Inbound Assistant For Online Fashion Startup

THE ROLE

We’re looking for hard working and driven candidates who will play a central role in supporting TATE & TONIC in its aggressive growth trajectory. You will be responsible in all the activities involved in receiving and managing our stock, working across our Operations and Buying teams.

HOW WILL YOU SPEND YOUR TIME:

• Coordinating with our suppliers to receive the products in a timely and cost efficient way
• Receive incoming shipments, performing visual inspection against shipping documents to make sure correct items with good conditions are received
• QC, receiving, tagging, solving of defective items
• Taking pictures of each product before uploading them on our Backend system 
• Managing our inventory by means of layout optimization and troubleshooting
• Managing most of our office supplies 

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: 

• Has laser focus attention to detail
• Is a hard-working, driven and motivated person
• Is very organized
• Can work independently and has a proactive approach to work 
• Is computer literate
• Has a positive attitude and likes to have fun, aka laughs a lot, while getting sh** done
• (Bonus point) Previous experience working in a warehouse
