Tate & Tonic – Operations Associate

THE ROLE

You will work closely with our Head of Operations to ensure our operations run as smoothly as possible while pushing our customer service bar to the highest possible standards

We are looking for a highly motivated, ultra smart fresh graduate, who is looking to grow within our company and to progressively take more and more responsabilities. Both internship and permanent full-time position available

HOW WILL YOU SPEND YOUR TIME

• Organizing and supervising the delivery and collection of our boxes on a daily basis
• Answering, following up, advising our customers by either email or phone on any enquiry they might have
• Interacting with our drivers to communicate any last-minute changes to their daily schedule
• Coordinating orders and returns to suppliers
• Proactively participating with ideas and suggestions in the optimization of our operation processes
