Job Description
  • Assist with research, filing, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial and corporate secretarial records.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports, such as management accounts, presentation of materials and other documents, for management and investors to have insights into business performance, trends, tenancy arrears management, forecast and credit review checks.
  • Undertake tasks or projects relating to accounting and office operations.
  • Support in any ad hoc finance activities as required by managers/directors inclusive of administrative matters.

Qualifications

  • Student who is pursuing a diploma or degree in Finance, Accountancy or Business, or a related field from a recognized polytechnic or university
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and on a team
  • Good command of verbal and written English
  • Ability to commit a minimum of 6 month during the period between September 2024 to June 2025
  • No part time arrangement is available for this internship program
