We are a boutique M&A, Corporate Finance and Capital Advisory firm focusing on Small and Medium size Enterprises (SMEs). We advise local SMEs across a wide range of industries on mergers and acquisitions.
In your role, you will be involved in all stages of a transaction (pitching, preparation of information deck, pricing analysis, negotiation, preparation of dataroom for due diligence, legal documentation etc). You will actively work with business owners, corporate Investors, private equity funds, financial advisory firms and lawyers.
Key responsibilities
· Preparation of pitch books, information memorandums and presentation materials
· Conduct investors search and contact buyers
· Build financial models/pricing analysis and collate trading/transaction comparable
· Prepare dataroom and facilitate due diligence
· Support business development and marketing initiatives
Experience
For Associate/Manager position, candidates must have previous M&A experience
For those without M&A experience, candidates must be prepared to start as Interns (internship period of 6 months before conversion to Associates)
For Interns, candidates should have the prerequisite skills (refer to Skills Requirement)
