We are seeking a talented E-Commerce Assistant who has fantastic knowledge and a good understanding of the E-commerce management platforms.
A self-motivated individual who loves the digital retail world, with a strong eye for detail and commercial awareness.This is a position for highly motivated fresh graduate(s) or mid-career individuals who are passionate and committed to learning to work behind the scene of the e-commerce industry which is an extremely fast-paced environment.
The individual will be expected to develop its operational skillset, leadership as well as being a strong team player. The individual should also possess a positive attitude, good communication skills, detailed oriented and ability to follow specific procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities
Research, request, review and data entry of information necessary to set up new products
Preparing and listing products on websites and marketplace platforms
Assist in monitoring consistency of site elements, include website home page, category pages, landing pages, and product display pages.
Update stock and inventory across all platforms
Updating website banners, building landing pages and create promotions
Responsible for all online orders from receiving to delivery level
Processing of sales orders in relation to purchasing, packing, shipping, billing, returns goods, and coordination.
Developing and executing promotion plans in coordination with the Management's direction.
Manage platform customer service enquires in coordination with the brand principle
Product management in relation to prices, stocks, promotion, layout, images, and content related
Working closely with internal teams such as Creative, Brand and Product to ensure website is up to date
Keeping up to date and constantly provide ideas to optimise user journey
Reporting on sales performance on a weekly basis
Supporting the team with any ad-hoc requirements
Qualifications/Skills
Experience writing customer-facing content relevant and tailored to digital shopping
Understanding and use of web metrics
1+ year’ experience and reporting from a fashion/footwear background will be advantageous
Experience with content, product & inventory management
Experience with SEO & knowledge of non-technical SEO best practices
Skills and knowledge of Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Shopify and Amazon platforms
Familiarity with working behind the scene in the extremely fast-paced e-commerce industry - end to end from order processing to fulfillment.
Submission of strategic marketplace marketing / promotional plans in the platform and carry out including smooth execution and follow up.
Weekly reporting, presentation skills, communication skills, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel usage
A proactive nature, confident with acute attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Enjoys working in a fast-paced & growing environment
