Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform pre-hiring process tasks which includes but not limited to support in creating job advertisement, monitoring response rates on job sites and shortlisting of resumes

• Perform hiring process task which includes but not limited to interviewing candidates, create profiles for candidate, preparing recruitment reports.

• Coordinating and scheduling of meetings and interviews

• Conducting industry and market research

• Perform Administrative and Data Entry duties

• Researching and providing market insights

• Work with company manager to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees

• Ideate, conceptualize Recruitment, Retention strategies and campaigns

• Organize, plan all hiring and training procedures for new employees

• Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employee handbook current

• Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive

• Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees

• Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected

• Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues

• Manage and maintain HR Software system, Time Sheet System

• Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws

• Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current studying Human Resources 

• Candidates with Retail experience will be a bonus

• A team player with strong communication skills in a highly visible role

• Pleasant personality and well-groomed

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Physically and mentally fit and able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment

• Training will be provided

• Able to work and communicate with various diverse group

• Warm personality and ability to interact with people and create an upbeat, fun atmosphere
